Our goal is to address and resolve your service request within 2-3 business days,
or faster for high priority requests. During weekends and holidays service requests will be addressed beginning the next business day.
Please keep in mind that during busy times, such as fall check-in, requests may take
longer than usual, as requests are completed based on priority. Thank you for your patience.
** For Room Condition Reports, our staff will review your report within 5 business days,
and if any items are deemed not normal wear-and-tear condition our team will respond to repair them as soon as possible.
